Lt. Ryan is supervisor Contra Costa County. He oversees all operations in Contra Costa with assistance from Cpt. Nick. He is our Humane Investigator for Contra Costa County.

Cpt. Nick is owner/coordinator of Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. Nick started A.M.S.™ in 2005 and is currently attending Western Career College to become an RVT.
